Refund & Returns Policy

At Truventiv, we follow a clear and customer-friendly Refund & Returns Policy.
If you wish to cancel a product or service after making a payment, you must do so within one hour of placing the order. If you cancel within this time frame, we will not process the order. However, once we process the order, cancellation is no longer possible.
If you cancel within the stipulated time, we will issue a 100% refund, excluding any bank or payment gateway charges, within 5–7 days.
This policy applies to all orders placed through the Truventiv.com web portal or app.
In case of a damaged, missing, or empty package or wrong product, you must raise a return request within 1 day of delivery. Ensure the product is unused, and all tags, boxes, and packaging remain intact.
Once we receive your return request, we will review it. After approval, we will arrange pickup through our courier partners. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, we will request you to dispatch the product, and we will reimburse the courier charges.
After we receive the returned product, we will verify it against your claim and then initiate the Refund & Returns Policy process. Please note that replacement is subject to stock availability with the concerned merchant.
We only accept returns for products in original packaging and sealed condition. We do not accept opened or used products. We initiate refunds or replacements only after receiving and verifying the returned item. If you damage the product while it is in your possession, Truventiv will not issue a refund or replacement. We will process refunds through the original payment method. For cash on delivery (COD) orders, we will transfer the amount to your bank account, and we will collect your bank details during the refund process.
